These whole chickens are from a French breed that thrives in pastured systems. These chickens are smaller than the traditional meat bird but they are well known for their darker color rich flavor and firmer texture. We call these wings our party wings - they might be on the smaller size but they bring the party wherever they go! Each pack will have about 8 wings mixed flats and drums.
